First phase of USS General Meeting 2013 has been held on 27 December 2013 at USS head office premises presided by Mr. Razob Ali Sarker, President of USS. Mr. Alauddin Ali, Executive Director of USS, presented progress reports of all activities of the organization. The financial & annual audit reports were presented by finance & admin officer Md. Moksedul Islam. General Secretary Mr.Bhuban Chandra Roy discussed on all activities of projects. Questions about different activities from the members were answered and explained by General Secretary and Executive Director. After elaborate discussion, activity report and financial report were proposed for approval by general member Md. Faruk Hossain and supported by all it was approved.
Discussion about continuing activities of organization was taken place under present unrest political situation of our country. Proposal of continuing all activities was accepted considering on the basis of priority to safety of staffs and right holders.
At the second part of the meeting, newly elected executive committee members were introduced among them. They gave their speech to maintain responsibility.
