USS has organized annual reflection meeting where participated all projects staff of USS and Adolescent Forums members supported by diakonia at USS head office on 12th December’2018.
Objective of the meeting:
â— One project staff gain knowledge regarding another project
â— Share remarkable achievement of projects
â— Inspire staffs to learn best practices and adopt in own project as possible
â— To inform where USS have now etc.
The program was started through singing of our national anthem. Alauddin Ali, the Executive Director of USS delivered the welcome speech and inaugurated the meeting. Then project wise multimedia presentation were of PGELKPI, R2PP, SoS, A4I, HR/WD, Pre-school for sharing nature of projects along with activities, goal, objective, achievement, remarkable change, learning’s, opportunity, challenges, new initiative and also presented regarding Complain Response Mechanism (CRM) etc. From these presentation all participants has seen remarkable change to reduce child marriage, increase birth registration, manage of local sponsor for child, reduce GBV, increase freedom movement of women, increase raise voice of women, increase participation of women in decision making process, increase access to public service of right holder, youth participation increase in different GO and NGO program and committee, income increase of youth, leadership tendency grown to youth, increase seed production, increase organic vegetables production and consumption, running pre-school activities successfully. An open discussion was conducted after presentation and many participants has acknowledged that they have gained knowledge regarding all projects of USS which knowledge will be adopt in own project and adolescent forum members were also inspired and they will try to act these gain knowledge in their forum activities. Each topic was presented by the coordinators of the respective projects.
Mst. Hosneara Begum Finance Secretary and Nondo Kishor Ray, Mst. Hosneara Banu Mukti & Mr. Momotaz Ali Member of USS executive committee were present in the meeting. The executive committee members inspired and provide thanks to USS staffs for work successfully and also provided advice to work more in future.
