On the celebration of International Women's Day 2018, USS’s PGELKPI project organized Bicycle Riding Competition for girls at Kokoi High School's playground of Lakhsmichap Union of Nilphamari. The event held on 10th March, 2018. 20 girls from Kokoi borogasa pc high School and Dobachhuri girls high School participated in the Bicycle Race. At the end of the event, there was the prize-giving ceremony. The following guests were present at the program- Sukumer ray,Chairman , Kokoi borogasa pc high school, Gonopoti ray ,Head teacher, Kokoi borogasa pc high school,Suboth chandro, Dobachhuri girls high School Also there were present Alauddin Ali, Executive Director of USS, Sultana begum, Founder of Nari Jogajog Kendra,Ms Martina, Representative of Diakonia from Sweden; Md Mazhar Islam, Program officer of Diakonia,Md Waheduzzamam,Finance officer Diakonia along with teachers and students, Members of Community Dhan Bank; Members of Union gonogobesona Forum; Members of Adolescent Forum; Local elite persons etc.
