Yearly annual meeting 2014 of USS has been held in Shapnopuri Resort, an open field, under the sun on 26 December 2014. Out of 22 members, 19 participated the meeting. Agendas of the meeting was as followed:
1. Yearly activity report review and recommendation
2. Annual audit report approval
3. Own land for USS head office
4. Establishment of training centre for USS & others.
The meeting was started on 11.30 am and presided over Md. Razob Ali Sarker, President of USS. USS annual activity report was presented by Alauddin Ali, Executive Director, USS and audit report was presented by Md. Moksedul Islam, Coordinator, Finance & Administration, USS.
All agendas have been discussed successfully through participatory process and decisions were taken as per need.
