Udayankur Seba Sangstha (USS) has organized human chain and discussion session for sexual harassment and violence against women and girls supported by Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF) at Hazigonj Bazzer, Gorgram, Nilphamari on 27 November 2019 at 12.00 to 2.00 pm.
Adolescent group members, Union social support committee members, Student and teachers, civil society representatives, women and men group members were participated in the event. Jharna Rani Roy, Project Coordinator of GEPI project, Md. Jomil, Coordinator-Agriculture, Monitoring and Evaluation of USS were also present of the program. Near about 200 peoples were present. Suchona Roy, member of adolescent group was read the declaration copy and gives different types of slogan about protest violence. Jharna Rani Roy, Md. Jomil, Moharani Roy, Morsalin were taken part of discussion regarding violence against women and girls. Project Coordinator of USS thanked to all participants to join in the human chain and discussion session about to end of the program.
