The District Child Welfare Board has arranged a meeting supported by Plan International Bangladesh and Udayankur Seba Sangstha (USS) at the DC conference room of Nilphamari district on 07 November’2021. Azharul Islam ADC (General) of Nilphamari was present as chaired in the meeting. Md. Emdadul Haque Pramanik DD (Social Service Office), Nusrat Fatema, AD (Social Service Office), Advocate Akhay kumer Ray (PP), Rejwanul Haque (ADPEO), Mahmud-Ul-Nabbi (Police Inspector), Md. Farhad Hossain (Probation Officer, Social Service), Alauddin Ali, Executive Director, USS(NGO Representative) and other members were present in the meeting. Six child representatives (Shirin Akter, Afrin Jahan, Mousumi Rani, Sania Jahan, Aduri, Razzakul) and Md. Jomil Project Coordinator of USS also present in the meeting.
Afrin Jahan & Shirin Akter, Union child and youth network representatives have discussed the present situation of child protection and they also said the importance of child membership in district child welfare board. Alauddin Ali, Executive Director, USS (NGO Representative) informs everybody about our project contribution & involvement in district child welfare board meetings. Lastly ADC (General) said to the Social Service office for regular meeting conduction.
