Peace Network Formation Workshop

A workshop was held at Udayankur Seba Sangstha (USS) head office under A4I project supported by Actionaid Bangladesh on 13th June’2019, on establishing peace and harmony in the youth led society. Presiding over this workshop, Mr. Sarwar Manik, President of Bangladesh National Teacher Association, Nilphamari, District Imam Association's Secretary, member of the Advisory Council of the District Hindu Buddhist Christian Unity Council, President of District Khotriyo Sammittee, office secretary of District Puja celebration committee, Press Club representative, Representatives of Hindu Religious Welfare Trust, Youth Network representative with 26 Male and 14 women participants were also present in the workshop. Discussions about how to destroy peace and harmony as well where it is identified in the context of our area. Rajib Islam, Youth member of Chilahati said "We are still not allowed to eat shoemaker in the hotel". Mallika Roy, Youth Member of Nilphamari Sadar said that there is a small children's religious education center in our area where children are detained and others are not allowed to come home. After the discussion, a Peace Network was formed with the presidents and secretaries of different organizations to protect peace and harmony. A member of the network is:
