To promote women empowerment & involve in income generating activities USS has distributed 3 sewing machine in a session at Nilphamari sadar upazila parishad hall room under the Girl Power Project supported by Plan International Bangladesh on January 2014 . Mr. Sabet Ali, UNO- Nilphamari was present as chief guest of this session. Mr. Mostafa Kamal has presided the session where Satish Chandra Barmon, Secretary Nirob bahumukhi somabay samittee was present as special guest. 03 Young women has received sewing machine in this session. Before receiving the machine 06 Young womens has received the training on tailoring. Best 03 of this training has been selected for sewing machine.
