Human chain has been organized by Nilphamari Budge Movement Committee on 23 December 2014 in Nilphamari town for participatory budget preparation with grassroots supported by USS and Actionaid. About three hundred male and female was participated in the human chain. Nasima Begum, convener of the committee and Asst. Professor of Shimulbari Bangabondhu Degree College, Mr. Babul Hossain, Member of committee and head teacher of Panchopukur girls high school, Mr. Ruhul Amin, Member of committee and head teacher of Notun Bazar high school were gave speech on the demand. After completing human chain a copy of memorandum handover to Deputy Commissioner, Nilphamari for sending to Finance Minister.
