A day long training session on Right to information has been organized by Udayankur Seba Sangstha (USS) in USS training room at Nilphamari on 25 January 2014 supported by Diakonia Bangladesh. Session was inaugurated with short speech by Mr. Alauddin Ali, Executive Director, USS and Facilitated by Mr. Jakir Hossain, Chief Executive Nagorik Uddyog and renowned activist in Bangladesh on RTI. 24 mid and field level USS staff was participated in this event. Back ground of RTI, Function and responsibility of information officer, Process of request for information, process of appeal, process of information serve, application form fill up and problem solve in implementation was sub tropics of the discussion. Training will be very useful to buildup awareness in community said participants.
