Exchange Meeting for Improvement of Health and Family Planning Service

An exchange meeting was held in Upazila Health Complex Hall room on 21 May, 2019 for the improvement of health and family planning services. Honorable Mr. Meherfuj Ali, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer of Domer was present as the chief guest at the program. Mr. Azadul Haque Pramanik, Convener of Social Audit Committee was present as president. Besides FPI, FWV, SACMO under Health and Family Planning Department and all members of the Social Audit Committee of Bhogdaburi, Ketkibari, Gomnati and Bamunia Union's participated in the exchange meeting. Problems of social audit of last 2018 were discussed in detail in the program. The social audit major findings are:

• Maximum latrine are unusable
• Inactive referral system
• Community Clinic was close if CHCP in leave or out of office.
• No separate latrine & waiting space for male and female
• FWV & SACMO is not resident
• Service providers are not maintain office time
• Inactive management committee
• No breast feeding corner in community clinic
• Staff vacancy
• Insufficient medicine and Instrument supply

In the discussion Rajiv Islam, the youth member said that we have a lot of problems, so from now on we have tried to solve those. Regarding this, Mr. Mehefuzz Ali, Upazila Health and Family Officer said, "We are working tirelessly among our much limitation’’. But the issues that have emerged today are very important and I thank them who have raised problems. We can solve those problems today, who we are present here. Finally, a joint plan was made on the basis of everyone's opinion. The plan is:
