Udayankur Seba Sangstha (USS) organized daylong orientation on child protection and gender policy at USS training centre on 09th August’2018 for USS staffs. Objective of the orientation was common understanding on child protection and gender policy of participants and pro-actively play role to ensure child rights & protection and gender issues all over USS working areas. USS is a child rights and gender equality focusing knowledge based organization, that is why the orientation organized to mainstrim above issues to all project ctivities. There were total -23 staffs present in the orientation among them 10 female and 13 male. The orientation was inaugurated by Alauddin Ali Executive Director of USS. Child protection policy and gender policy were facilitated by Kaykobed Hossain Project Coordinator of CRP project and Salma Akter Gender Development Officer & gender focal person of USS. All participants were committed that they will apply the gathered knowledge in their own project.
