On the celebration of Rokeya day (9th December) , USS’s PGELKPI project organized a gala rally, sports event and discussion meeting for the women & adolescent with all right-holders of Khokshabari Union of Nilphamari on 23rd December, 2017. The PGELKPI project of USS is supported by Diakonia.
Md.Baduzzaman prodhan the chairman of Khokshabari Union and other elite persons of the union were actively present with the rally and sports events. Advacate Al Masud Alal, Nilphamari and Alauddin Ali, the executive director of USS, Kuddus sarker, Coordinator Monitoring of USS were present at the discussion meeting and prize giving ceremony. All the staffs of PGELKPI project of USS performed proactively in organizing a successful program.
The right-holders took this program eagerly and participated in all the events joyfully. The celebration conveyed them the dreams of Begum Rokeya as men and women both got equal opportunities in the sports event.
