Annual Reflection program for USS staffs held at USS conference room dated on 5th December, 2015. It was started 10 am and contnued to 5 pm. On the occasion of annual reflection program it was a memorable day for the staffs of USS. After a long expectation of one year it brings all staffs together for sharing learning their experiences, challenges and a way to work more effectively and efficiently for the right holders we work for. First of all staffs of USS stood up and sang national anthem. After that a welcome speech was delivered by executive Director of USS while presided over by Rajob Ali, President of executive committee, USS. Among the other Mr. Bhubon Roy, secretary of USS executive committee was present as a special guest in annul reflection program. A colorful displayed were exhibited of all projects implemented by USS displayed achievement, learning, challenges project wise. Also multimedia presentations were displayed project wise which made the occasion fruitful and created learning environment. The staffs created a recreation environment and participated actively and explored their potentialities and skills. In the second half of the day all staffs was oriented on Complaints Response Mechanism (CRM). In the open discussion sessions most of the staffs participated and shared their management issues, staffs welfare and benefits. “I am very much pleased to see your enthusiasm to make a positive change in our society. Let’s keep up our commitment and serve the poor and oppressed so that really they may enjoy their rights. I appreciate your quality of works and innovations and I have learnt more to be with you” said Rajob Ali, president of USS executive committee in his speeches. Secretary of USS Mr. Bhuban Roy gave suggestion when he was shairing presentation of project report. Finally executive director thanked all staffs for their grate contribution and commitment towards USS and its interventions. He also thanked all donors and partners working with USS. Lastly wishes all the best of all the family members of USS staffs for their grate sacrifices as a whole.
